| 摘 要： | 建设项目投资的有效控制是工程建设管理的重要组成部分,贯穿于工程建设的全过程。工程建设中的项目投资控制管理主要分为项目策划阶段投资控制和项目实施阶段的投资控制。世博园区工程项目的呈现项目多且杂、工期又紧的特点,该文强调全过程控制,结合世博会园区工程的的实际情况,提出建议,强调从源头和工程总体上予以控制。
