摘    要:延安火车站无站台柱钢结构雨棚设计采用拱形张弦梁主体结构,介绍了工厂分段制作,拉索敷设、张拉、内力和变形检测,吊装、就位和上弦管内灌浆过程中采取的质量和安全保证措施,确保张弦梁变形和内力控制在规范允许范围内,节省了工期,取得了良好效果。

Abstract:The arched beam string structure is adopted in the design of steel structure platform canopy without pillar of Yan'an Railway Station.Quality and safety insurance methods are used in factory's sectional making,inhaul cable laying,tension,internal force and deformation test,hoisting,positioning,and grouting in the top chord pipe.The beam string deformation and internal force control are within an acceptable range,which can shorten the construction period and achieve good economic benefits.
