基于DSP的电子节气门PID控制

摘    要:介绍了一套自行开发的基于DSP的电子节气门控制系统,分析了电子节气门控制系统的原理,设计了电子节气门控制系统软、硬件。用该控制系统进行了电子节气门的PID位置控制研究。运行结果表明,该控制系统具有设计合理、性能稳定、抗干扰能力强和可靠性高等优点。为通过对发动机进气量进行智能化的控制从而提高其动力性、经济性及降低排放打下了基础。

Abstract:The independent developed control system of electric throttle based on DSP is introduced in this paper, the operating principle of electric throttle control system is analyzed, at the same time software and hardware of electric throttle control system are also described in the paper. PID control of electric throttle is studied with DSP, the results show that PID control has reasonable design, stable performance, strong jamming resistance and high reliability. To improve the fuel economy, power performance and emission, the inlet volume of the engine to be operated with intelligent control is very important.
