| 摘 要： | 结合和尚荡大桥主跨(30+50+30)m现浇连续梁施工方案的设计实例,对施工过程进行了模拟,以及对支架变形进行了分析计算,确定了科学合理的浇筑顺序。分析计算数据及预压试验结果,设置合理的支架预拱度,保证了箱梁浇筑后线形满足设计要求,无因支架变形产生裂缝。

| Abstract: | This paper elaborates on the construction plan of the continuous cast-in-place beam in Heshangdang large bridge with main span （ 30 ＋ 50 ＋ 30 ） m. Construction process is simulated to analyze and calculate the deformation of supports, to determine the casting sequence scientifically and rationally. Combined with calculated data and the preloading test results, the pre-camber of supports is set, after pouring, to ensure the box girder to meet the design linear requirements and no cracks due to supports deformation. |
