基于刚柔耦合仿真的转K6转向架疲劳寿命预测

摘    要:目前普遍采用的转K6转向架的疲劳问题日益突出,因此有必要研究一种即经济又能比较准确的预测货车转向架摇枕和侧架疲劳寿命的方法。首先进行准静态应力对比,然后建立转K6转向架刚柔耦合模型,以C80敞车为例,美国5级轨道不平顺作为激扰,进行动力学仿真计算。经过动应力恢复,利用B+级钢的试验S-N曲线,对铸造摇枕和侧架进行整体疲劳损伤计算,并预测转K6转向架的疲劳寿命。

Abstract:By the developments of China's railway system,the bogies of three piece freight cars are bearing more complicated loads. At present,K6 bogies are wildly used in our country and the fatigue failure becomes more and more serious. So it's necessary to find an economical and more precise way to predict the fatigue life of bolsters and side frames of freight cars. First of all,static stress was compared in this paper.
