| 摘 要： | 汽车造型设计实物验证是汽车开发流程中重要的内容。文章概述了目前汽车造型设计实物验证模型制作过程中的材料应用情况，分析了应用在实物验证模型中各主流材料的加工特性及其在具体模型制作过程中的优缺点，阐述了如何针对不同开发阶段汽车造型验证模型制作的要求和特点，合理选择正确的材料应用于验证模型和样件的制作，以最低的成本和最环保的方式获得最佳的效果。
