摘    要:文章针对G公司合资汽车企业总装车间面临着新车型导入体系的新课题。通过对其开发体系各个阶段工作的深入研究以及导入周期的探讨,提出其导入开发体系的优化管理方法.归纳得出,新车型导入开发体系的重点工作是对各阶段工作进行分层、细化以及交叉优化的管理,以“三现主义”为主导,并与生产实际相结合,不断创新,完善体系,从而保证新车型的质量及降低其成本,

Abstract:The paper focuses on the new project of new system of product introduction processes management in the assembly shop of G automotive company. Through further research of each stage and discussion of introduction cycle, the optimization method of introduction development system is put forward. It is concluded that the key work of new system of product introduction is to establish layer-built, refinement and cross optimize managements on the different development stages. Dominated by 'Three principles--Fact, Site and Goods', combined with production, making constant innovation and improving system, the new product quality is guaranteed and cost is reduced.
