| Abstract: | Based on SWOT analysis method,this paper analyzes systematically the advantages,weakness,opportunities and challenges on the development of Taicang Port,and proposes corresponding countermeasures,aiming to give an enlightenment on the developmental strategy of Taicang Port,including speeding up the development of the Port and making it a container hub port as "the north wing" of Shanghai International Shipping Center and a hub of river-sea coordinated transport in the Yangtze Delta Area. |
