| Abstract: | On basis of the in-depth analysis of the definition,standards,reasons and approaches to settlement of the deadlock of company,and from the aspect of legal practice,this article emphasizes on how the practising lawyers can take full use of their advantages and functions so as to avoid and settle the deadlock of company.The authors hope to arise the resonance of the readers and bring forth certain aid to settlement of the deadlock of company. |
