HX_D3型电力机车蓄电池充电空气断路器故障原因分析及对策

HXD3型机车是我国目前广泛运用的大功率交流传动6轴7200kW干线电力机车。随着机车使用年限增加,机车控制电器柜的蓄电池充电空气断路器部件可靠性下降,故障率大幅上升,频繁发生卡滞及断路等故障,严重影响机车正常运用。现从HXD3型机车蓄电池充电空气断路器设计性能、检修维护及技术改造等方面出发,深入分析了蓄电池充电空气断路器故障的原因,提出了解决措施和方案,通过实施取得了良好效果。

Cause Analysis and Countermeasures of Battery Charging Air Circuit Breaker Fault for HX_D3 Electric Locomotive

HXD3-type locomotive is the high-power AC drive six-axle 7200kW locomotive which is widely used in the main lines of our country.With the increase of the durable years of locomotive,the reliability of the battery charging air circuit breaker of the locomotive control electrical cabinet has decreased.The fault rate has increased substantially,and stagnation and circuit break occur frequently,which affects the normal operation of the locomotive greatly.This paper starts from the design performance,repair and maintenance and technological innovation of HXD3 locomotive battery charging air circuit breaker,analyzes the fault causes of battery charging air circuit breaker,and proposes solution measures and programs.Through the implementation of these solution measures and programs,good results have been achieved.
