摘    要:
对动车组在明线会车工况下的设备舱内气流组织进行了仿真分析,计算采用了将明线会车的外流场与设备舱的内流场分开计算的方法。进行了300km/h、400km/h两种交会速度工况的计算。首先运用ANSYS-FLUENT的动网格方法对明线会车设备舱的外流场进行计算,获得了会车历程中各关键时间点下的设备舱各进、排风口处的瞬态压力值,然后将获得的压力值作为设备舱内流场计算的压力边界条件,以此计算出设备舱在不同会车时间点下的各进、排风口的流量值,进而来探寻明线会车工况下设备舱内的各进、排风口流量的演变规律。

Abstract:
The air distribution of EMU equipment bay was simulated and analyzed under the condition of passing by each other on open track.The outer flow field and equipment bay inner flow field were calculated separately.This article has carried on the 300km/h and 400km/h intersection speed calculation.First of all,the dynamic mesh method of ANSYS-FLUENT was used for equipment bay under the condition of passing each other on open track.The transient pressure values of the inlets and outlets of the equipment bay were got under different passing time.The transient pressure values were calculation as the equipment bay inner flow field boundary condition.Finally,the flow value of the equipment bay inlets and outlets at different time points of the passing were got,and then to investigate the evolution of the flow values of equipment bay inlets and outlets.
