开口螺钉断裂的材料分析及工艺试验

摘    要:制动夹钳单元中开口螺钉在高寒环境使用时发生断裂,对断裂的螺钉进行了断口分析,并对所使用2Cr13材料的热处理工艺进行了试验分析,检测不同温度下材料的冲击功,系统研究分析开口螺钉在低温下出现脆性断裂的原因并提出该零部件材料适用于低温的技术指标。

Abstract:Locomotive open screws break in the winter when using,and the fracture analysis is carried out on the fracture of the screw,and also,the heat treatment process of 2Cr13 material is carried on the experimental analysis.The impact of the materials is tested at different temperatures,and the brittle fracture reasons at low temperature are researched and analyzed systematically,and the suitable technical indicators of the materials for low temperature are put forward.
