摘    要:针对气压助力液压式离合器操纵机构,建立其数学模型,研究各个杠杆角度变化带来的位移、受力的变化,以及杠杆和活塞推杆之间的关系;设定踏板杠杆和分离杠杆的最佳位置,精确计算踏板力和踏板行程。

Abstract:Building the mathematic model based on clutch with help of air pressure operated by hydraulic pressure,the authors study the changes of force and displacement with the changes of each lever angle,and the connection between the lever and the push rod of piston.Through setting the best position of pedal lever and separation lever,accurate calculation for pedal force and pedal distance is possible.
