| 摘 要： | 研究目的:针对我国铁路运输发展现状及存在的问题,从交通运输一体化的角度提出铁路运输发展策略,以缓解铁路运输紧张局势,实现各种运输方式的协调发展。研究方法:运用规范分析的方法,从分析交通一体化的内涵入手,根据铁路运输的发展特点,确定铁路在一体化交通中的定位,并依此提出具体对策。研究结果:应高度重视铁路枢纽在综合运输枢纽中的布局;大力发展高速铁路、客货专用铁路;加快高速客运系统建设;发展现代物流;积极推进运输管理信息化和运输管理体制的创新。研究结论:铁路运输业应从一体化交通发展的角度,采取相关政策和措施,加强技术创新、管理创新和体制创新,与各种运输方式合理布局、协调发展,实现铁路运输的跨越式发展,共同推进和实现综合运输体系现代化,优化交通资源,取得社会经济效益最大化。
