塑性成形中的应力间断

以变形协调条件为基础，研究了理想塑性材料和双金属材料塑性成形时的应力间断，结果表明，在理想塑性材料中应力间断不存在于各质点都处于塑性状态的变形体内，在双金属材料中，界面两侧应力间断是必然存在的，且界面应力间断。

Stress Discontinuity Problcms in Plastic Deforming

On the bases of the stress and strain compatibility condition, studies the stressdiscontinuity problenis of perfect plastic matenal and bimetal material at the time of plastic de-forming.The results show,there isn't the stress discontinuity problems of perfect plastic material indeformation body when all particles are in tbe state of plastic.In the binietal material, there is cer-tainly the stress discontinuity problenis on every side of interface.
