| 摘 要： | 在中国环境纠纷日益涌现,公众环境权不断受到侵害的今天,建立环境公益诉讼制度势在必行。文章分析了环境NGO在环境公益诉讼中的原告资格以及环境NGO自身存在的不足,对环境NGO在今后的发展提出了建议,以更好地发挥其在环境公益诉讼制度构建中的作用。

| Abstract: | Today, environmental disputes have been emerged more and more in China, and the public environment right has constantly been deprived,so the establishment of environmental public interest litigation system is imperative. The plaintiff qualification and its shortcomings of environmental NGO in the environmental public interest litigation are analyzed, and and its shortcomings some proposals are put forward to the environmental NGO to help them play a better role in the constructing of the environmental public interest litigation system in the future. |
