摘    要:耙吸挖泥船具有泥舱长且宽、泥浆密度大等特点,存在泥浆晃荡现象。文章参照BV规范,对17 000 m3耙吸挖泥船的晃荡载荷特性以及晃荡工况与常规工况下泥舱结构的应力进行分析和对比,发现在特定情况下泥浆晃荡将使主甲板及横舱壁的最大应力增大200%左右,并使内壳及强框架等的应力增大15%~50%,从而对船体结构产生较大影响。

Abstract:The sloshing phenomenon occurs in the trailing suction dredger which has a long and wide mud tank iflled with large density of mud. This paper analyzes the sloshing load characteristics of a 17 000 m3 trailing suction dredger referring to the BV rules, and compares the stress of the mud tank structure between the sloshing load condition and conventional load condition. It is found that the maximum stress of the main deck and the transverse bulkhead is increased by about 200%, while the stress of the inner hull and strong frame is increased by 15% ~ 50% due to the sloshing of mud. Therefore, the mud sloshing has the signiifcant impact on the hull structure.
