摘    要:随着船舶行业的不断发展和能效指数概念的推行,迫切需要研发一种计算软件来快速评估船舶能效。文中采用修正的艾亚法进行船舶有效功率估算、基于图谱法进行螺旋桨的设计及推进性能计算、进行船舶航速预报及能效评估,并基于C++开发平台,开发了内河船舶航速预报及能效评估软件。结果表明,该软件使用方便、运算快速,具有良好的实用性。

Abstract:It is urgent to develop a calculation software to quickly evaluate the ship energy effciency with the continuous development of shipbuilding industry and the implementation of the concept of “energy effciency index”. The software for speed prediction and energy effciency evaluation of inland ships is developed based on the C++ development platform, where the effective power is estimated by a modiifed Ayre method, and the propeller design and propulsion performance calculation is carried out based on the graph method. The results show that this software is characterized of easy usage, fast operation and good practicability.
