高压共轨喷油系统电磁阀特性试验与仿真研究

摘    要:分析了高压共轨系统中电控喷油器的关键部件高速控制电磁阀驱动特性,建立了电磁阀仿真计算模型,对高压共轨系统电控喷油器电磁阀进行了试验与仿真研究。仿真结果与试验结果比较一致,证明了模型正确可靠,表明利用仿真模型可以较好地模拟电磁阀主要参数对电磁阀动态响应特性的影响。实践表明,仿真计算为电磁阀的设计提供了一种新的研究手段。

Abstract:The driving characteristic of high-speed electromagnetic valve which is a key component of high-pressure common-rail fuel injection system is analyzed in this paper.Testing and simulation research on electromagnetic of electric controlled injector in high-pressure common-rail system is made based on the established simulation model.The simulation results have good agreement with the testing results.The comparison shows that the established model is right and reliable which can be used to simulate the influence of main parameter of electromagnetic valve to dynamic response characteristic.The conclusion is that the simulation method has provided a new method for designing electromagnetic valve.
