| Abstract: | The paper described the main management point of the software and hardware procurement project. It was guaranteed the project design and construction goals from the stability of software and hardware, security, advancement, the ability to expand, request satisfaction and qualified after-service, etc. The aim was to integrate the resources in maximum degree and reduce the procurement cost, meanwhile, to improve the procurement quality and economic benefits. |
