新一代客票系统总体技术方案的研究

摘    要:经过十多年的发展,中国铁路客票发售和预订系统已建成覆盖全国的超大型分布式售票网络.为了适应中国铁路的快速发展,体现以旅客为中心的服务理念,迫切需要研发和应用新一代客票系统.新一代客票系统将适应旅客服务、市场营销以及营运管理等方面的业务需求,采用两地三中心的集中式体系架构,基于三星型的广域网络结构,设计实现全新的功能体系.系统的建设将对发展现代化铁路售票方式,促进客运服务方式转型,加快客运营销从传统方式向电子商务的转变,加快客票系统从内部服务型向以旅客为中心的外部服务型转变具有重要的意义.

Abstract:After more than 10 years of development, China Railway Ticketing and Reservation System has built an ultra-large distributed ticketing network covering the whole country. In order to catch up the rapid development of China's railway and focus on passenger centralized service, there was an urgent need for the development of a new generation of ticketing system. New Generation Ticketing System would meet the business needs of passenger services, marketing, and operations management, adopt the architecture of three centers in two different places and design the new system's functionality. The construction of the System would be greatly significant to develop the modern railway ticketing, restructure passenger services, speed up the passenger market shift from traditional mode to e-commerce.
