| 摘 要： | 轮驳企业技术管理除了保证船舶安全适航,还应在船舶修理成本控制方面做好工作.具体阐述了贯彻执行技术管理各项规章制度和"船舶维修保养体系"(CWBT)、推行船舶"四化"技术管理标准,组织好船舶维修工作,加强技术创新、做好进口设备的改造和备件的国产化替代工作等方面.

This paper states managing experience from several aspects,such as carrying out all rules and regulations and CWBT,pursueing technical menaging standard of ship,arranging ship's repairing,strengthening technical innovation,reforming the imported equipment and substituting imported parts with nationization ones etc.. |
