摘    要:为防止液压阀板上多个电磁阀因内部液压过大而脱离液压阀板,导致液压系统无法正常工作,需要对每个电磁阀进行固定和限位。现设计一种冲压挡板,避免对每个电磁阀进行单独固定。从而减小阀板总成占用空间,阀体表面形状简单,降低了阀体的铸造和机加工难度及生产成本,简化装配过程提升了生产效率。

Design of Stamping Parts for Limit of Solenoid Valve

Abstract:In order to prevent multiple solenoid valves on the hydraulic valve plate from breaking away from the hydraulic valve plate due to excessive internal hydraulic pressure,the hydraulic system can not work normally,so each solenoid valve needs to be fixed and limited.A stamping baffle is designed to avoid fixing each solenoid valve separately.Therefore,the space occupied by the valve plate assembly is reduced,the surface shape of the valve body is simple,the casting and machining difficulty and production cost of the valve body are reduced,the assembly process is simplified and the production efficiency is improved.
