| 摘 要： | 在汽车制造各生产线中,重大停故障造成生产成本上升,生产效率下降。如何减少重大停故障的产生,是设备管理工作面临的一项挑战。通过集中治理60分钟以上故障,提升保全管理水平1],开展前期管理,启动重大停应急预案等措施,使重大停发生次数大幅度下降。达到缩小停工时间、降低生产成本、提高生产效率的目的,对汽车制造企业设备管理工作具有一定参考意义。

| Abstract: | In each production line of automobile manufacturing,it is a challenge for equipment management to reduce the occurrence of major stop failure because of the increase of production cost and the decrease of production efficiency caused by major stop failure.Through the centralized control of faults for more than 60 minutes,the improvement of the level of preservation management,the development of pre-management,the start of major stop emergency plans and other measures,the number of major stops has been greatly reduced.In order to reduce the shutdown time,reduce the production cost and improve the production efficiency,it has certain reference significance for the equipment management of automobile manufacturing enterprises. |
