摘 要: | 针对全景式监控影像系统(Around View Monitor,AVM)控制器在整车中偶发的不休眠问题,文章通过详细分析AVM控制器的休眠和唤醒策略、测量AVM控制器接收到的CAN电平信号值、分析AVM控制器待机电路和MCU检测电路等措施,初步判断AVM不休眠问题为控制器的硬件电路的部分器件所致。通过更换MCU电路中的元器件并优化软件休眠策略后,在实验室台架和实车上多次测试验证,AVM不休眠问题不再复现。

Abstract: | Aiming at the occasional non-sleep problem of the AVM controller in the vehicle,the passage analyzes the sleep and wake-up strategies of the AVM controller in detail,measures the CAN signal value received by AVM,analyzes the standby circuit and other measures.,It is mainly judged that the AVM does not sleep due to part of the hardware circuit of the controller.After replacing some components of MCU circuit and optimizing the software strategy,it was verified on the laboratory bench and vehicles for many times that the non-sleep problem of AVM controller has not appeared. |
