超级电容圆形单体有限元分析

摘    要:文章基于ABAQUS分析软件,建立了某圆形超级电容单体壳体的有限元模型,分析其在不同压力作用下圆形电容器单体不同部位,特别是焊缝和防爆槽处的应力分布和变形情况,以找出防爆槽的开启压力及压槽处的最大承载压力,为改进设计提供依据;同时,还分析不同防爆槽厚度的屈服点和塑性变形点。仿真研究结果表明:现设计方案的防爆槽在2.0 MPa压力作用下,满足设计要求。

Abstract:The model of finite element of circular super capacitor single shell is built based on ABAQUS. In order to search the best opening pressure of explosion-proof slot and the maximum pressure of trough,the stress distribution and deformation of the circular super capacitor under different pressure are gotten as a basis for improvement ,especially weld joint and explosion-proof slot. Meanwhile, the research is done on the yield point and the plastic deformation for different thickness of explosion-proof slot. The simulation results show that the explosion-proof slot could meet the requirement under 2.0 MPa.
