摘    要:提出了适应120 km/h速度等级六轴9600kW货运机车要求的车体底架与司机室结构型式;研究了在实际运用中车体的振动、冲击情况,确定了车体强度设计的基本载荷;建立车体有限元模型,对车体进行静强度、疲劳强度、冲击强度等强度分析;根据材料的机械性能、耐低温性能、疲劳裂纹扩展性能、加工性能、焊接性能等因素,选择了车体使用的材料;提出了9600 kW货运机车车体型式试验与例行试验的方法。

Abstract:This thesis describes the structure style of carbody underframe and driver's cab which is suitable for 9 600 kW six-axle freight locomotive with 120 km/h Velocity Level.The vibration and impact of carbody in travel are investigated and the basic load for the carbody strength design is determined.Analysis has been carried out for static strength,fatigue strength and impact strength by set up finite element model of carbody.The carbody materials is determined according to the mechanical property,resistance to...
