汽车主动悬架系统的试验研究

摘    要:在分析汽车传统被动悬架的基础上,给出了一种新型主动悬架结构。介绍了该主动悬架的工作原理,建立了二自由度的主动悬架数学模型。采用天棚控制策略,设计并研制了主动悬架样机及试验台架,进行了被动悬架与主动悬架的台架对比试验。试验结果表明,与被动悬架相比,该主动悬架能有效改善汽车的动态性能。

Abstract:By the analysis of vehicle traditional passive suspension,one kind of active suspension was introduced.This article recommended the work principle of it,the active suspension model of two-degree of freedom was founded and skyhook control method was used,the model of active suspension and test bed were developed.Moreover,the contrastive experiment of bed test of active suspension and passive suspension was carried out on the condition of the simulating road input.The experiment results show that the active suspension effectively improves the characteristics of dynamic capability.
