公路工程造价编制中存在的问题与对策研究

工程造价虽然可以控制工程的总体投资规模,但是部分工程在项目实施完成后存在较大的偏差,需再次调整项目概算以适应实际投资的需要。该文对工程造价中经常会出现的各类问题进行分类总结,并提出相应的解决对策以提高工程造价的准确性。

Problems in Highway Construction Cost Making and Countermeasures Research

Engineering cost can control overall investment scale of the project,but it is found that the actual cost of some projects exists deviation after the project implementation. Therefore,the project budget should be adjusted to meet actual investment needs. This paper classifies and summarizes various problems in that construction cost masking of highway engineering,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the accuracy of the construction cost.
