摘    要:针对连续挤压轮槽内金属变形的特点,在变形区划的基础上,提出了合理基本假设,采用逐次单元法推导出连续挤压轮槽中接触应力的计算公式,为连续挤压设备的设计提供了理论依据,为了提高计算精度,在推导过程中考虑了变形温度和变形速度对流动应力的影响。

Abstract:Some reasonable hypotheses for continuous extrusion is presented according to the characters of metal deformation in the groove of extrusion wheel and the partition of plastic forming zone. Then taking the influ- ence of metal forming temperature and velocity on flow stress into account, the formulation of contact stress in the groove of extrusion wheel is deduced by means of the successive element method, which provide theoretical basis for the continuous extrusion equipment.
