基于岩石切削理论的超大型绞吸挖泥船绞刀动载荷分析

摘    要:针对绞吸挖泥船疏浚岩石的工作特性,基于绞刀几何模型、运动学模型和动力学模型对绞刀疏浚岩石时的受力及其载荷波动性进行数值仿真。通过数值仿真切削功率和实际切削功率的对比进行了结果可靠性验证。利用Matlab/VB编制了研究绞刀受力以及载荷波动性的仿真系统。所得结果可为研发疏浚岩石关键设备提供参考依据。

Abstract:For dredging rock work characteristics of cutter suction dredger,based on cutter geometry model,kinematic model and dynamic model,a numerical simulation model for cutter load as well as its load volatility is set up.Then,the reliability of the results is verified through comparing numerical simulation cutting power with actual cutting power.By use of Matlab/VB hybrid programming,the simulation system for the force and the load volatility is developed.The results can provide references for research and devel...
