| Abstract: | Since the idea of effective teaching was put forward,people orientation in education has been emphasized.As for the lack of application of people orientation to teaching in higher vocational colleges,efforts have been made on development of teaching efficiency,humanization in class management,individualization in students'development,sense of occupational happiness,interaction between teacher and students,etc.It is designed to make proper and effective teaching better from multi-dimension. |
