| 摘 要： | 工程咨询论证是项目建设过程中对市场前景，建设条件、工艺技术、经济效益、社会效益等各方面的综合考虑和科学论证．是经济运行尤其是投资建设必不可少的环节，也是国家进行宏观调控的一种重要手段和方法。从工程咨询论证的现状入手．对工程咨询论证的作用及提高咨询意识、建设咨询人员队伍进行了论述。
