碾压混凝土刚性基层长寿命路面设计与施工技术

基于强基薄面的半刚性基层沥青路面在使用不久即会发生大面积的早期损坏,针对半刚性基层易发生翻浆唧泥的病害特点,提出了基于碾压混凝土刚性基层长寿命沥青路面的理念。对这种路面结构的设计方法、碾压混凝土配合比设计方法和基于水稳拌合设备进行的碾压混凝土施工技术进行了介绍。

The Design and Construction Technology of Long Lifetime Pavement Based on Roller Compacted Concrete Rigid Base

The early damage to the semi-rigid base asphalt pavement has soon occurred after being used,so the long lifetime pavement concept was proposed based on the roller compacted concrete rigid base,aiming at the incidental frost boiling damage of the semi-rigid base asphalt pavement.In this paper,the design method of this pavement structure,the design method of roller compacted concrete and the construction technology based on the mixing plant of cement stabilized crushed stone base course have been expounded.
