摘    要:以货车车轮CL60钢为研究对象,进行了300℃下的高温低周疲劳实验.研究发现:在循环初期,试样承受的拉压应力幅基本对称;循环末期,拉应力急剧降低,试样产生了失稳断裂;终了时的循环应力。应变曲线反映出了典型的瞬断特征.因此,有必要从断口处进一步研究其微观断裂机理.

Abstract:Braking spalling, braking thermal cracking and tread abrasion are several main damage forms of freight wheel during operation period, whose principal mechanism is due to thermal damage caused during braking process, which belongs to High-temperature low cycle fatigue (LCF). In this paper, High-temperature LCF tests of CL60 steel for freight wheel were conducted at 300℃. It was found that the tensile stress and compressive stress amplitudes were symmetrical on the whole during initial stage of cycling, while the tensile stress decreased dramatically during final stage, and collapse rupture occurred in the sample. The final cycling stress-strain curve also reflected typical features of instanta- neous rupture. It is suggested that further research should be done on the fracture surface to find out micro-failure mechanism.
