摘    要:在已经建成后的地铁主隧道修建联络通道及废水泵房,如何保证后期施工时围岩土体的稳定,把变形控制在规定范围是一个关键的问题.由于目前对废水泵房的设计相对保守,废水泵房的有效容积设计过大,通常需在联络通道开挖完成后,几乎在整个仰拱范围内往下开挖3~5 m,受空间及施工工艺所限,难以采取有效措施确保开挖安全,施工风险很大.文中以深圳地铁一号线续建工程(罗宝线)土建6标段盾构区间联络通道和废水泵房修建工程为研究对象,根据实际施工中遇到的问题并依照监测数据,分析联络通道和废水泵房合并施工对隧道变形的影响.研究结果表明,若采用先施做通道二次衬砌和减小泵房尺寸等施工技术方案,可确保工程施工的安全.

Abstract:The connected aisle and wastewater pump house are always built after the metro tunnel construction. How to guarantee the construction security and structure stability has already become an important problem. Due to the relatively conservative design of wastewater pump house size, the effective volume of wastewater pump house is designed too large. Wastewater pump house is always built after the connected aisle and constructed downwards 3 - 5 m in the arch. Owing to the limit of space and construction technology, it's difficult to take effective measures to ensure construction safety. In view of this, the Luo-Bao tunnel in Extension Project of Shenzhen metro Linel was taken as the engineering object of study, this paper has mainly discussed the construction technology of the connected aisle and wastewater pump house. With the project example, the support effect and ground deformation are analyzed based on the monitoring data in site. The results show that the early applied connected aisle secondary lining and reduced wastewater pump house size are reliable.
