国产吻合器在低位直肠癌保肛手术中的应用

目的　探讨国产吻合器在低位直肠癌保肛术中的应用价值。方法　用国产管状消化道吻合器行直结肠端侧吻合治疗 87例低位直肠癌患者 ,并对临床结果进行总结。结果　 87例中肿瘤下缘距肛门≤ 6cm者 39例 ,≤ 8cm者 48例。肿瘤切除后剩余直肠端长 3.1cm ,平均 1 .3cm。术后盆腔复发 5例 (5 74% ) ,吻合口狭窄 3例 (3 45% ) ,吻合口漏 2例 (2 3% ) ,均经保守治疗治愈。结论　采用国产吻合器行直结肠端侧吻合低位保肛术治疗低位直肠癌具有操作简单安全 ,费用低廉 ,吻合成功率高 ,并发症少 ,提高患者术后生活质量的优点 ,值得临床推广应用

Application of internai pling device in anus-preserving operation of low rectal cancer

Objective To extend in indication of the operation preserving the anus of rectal cancer at low segments. Methods Eighty-seven cases of low rectal cancer were treated surgically with the GF- I straight-tube stapling device. Results Eighty-one cases of them were followed up for two years and 5 cases of pelvic cavity recurrenced (5.74 % ), 3 cases of anastomosis sterosis (3.45 % ) and 2 cases leaked of anastomosis (2.3%) were founded, all these were cured with no-operation. Conclusion The indication of the operation preserving the anus of rectal cancer at lower segments was extended by using the stapling device and it is simple,safe and inexpensive and lower complication. It also can improve the quality of postoperative life.
