| 摘 要： | 本文采用免疫细胞化学卵白素-生物素-过氧化物酶复合体(Avidin-Biotin-peroxidase Complex,ABC)法和舒斯云的葡萄糖氧化酶-二氨基联苯胺-镍(Glucose oxidase-DAB-Nickel,GDN)呈色法研究了大鼠背海马胆囊收缩素(Cholecystokinin octapeptide,CCK-8)免疫反应分布。结果显示:CCK 阳性细胞体主要分布于CA1-CA4区光辉层、锥体细胞层、放射层、腔隙分子层和齿状回颗粒细胞层,还偶见于槽层。阳性细胞突起清晰可见。阳性纤维终末呈带状,集中在锥体细胞层、槽层、腔隙分子层和齿状回颗粒细胞层.下托亦有丰富的阳性细胞和纤维。采用舒斯云的GDN 法能明显地增加背海马CCK 阳性细胞染出率,尤以显示阳性细胞突起效果更佳。

| Abstract: | The distribution of cholecystokinin octapeptide(CCK-8)in the dorsal hippocampus has been studiedwith Avidin-Biotin-peroxidase Complex(ABC)andthe Shu's Glucose oxidase-DAB-Nickel(GDN)immunocytochemical method.CCK positive cells werefound within orienal,pyramidal,radial and lacunal mo-lecular layers in CA1-CA4,and the granular layer ofthe dentate gyrus,and alveolar layer occasionally.Beau-tiful processes can be seen.CCK positive fibers were con-centrated in the pyramidal,alveolar and granular layerslike a band.Positive cells and fibers also appeared insubidulum.Shu's GDN method can enhanceimmunocytochemical reaction in the dorsal hippocampus.It is benificial for visualizing nerve fibers and terminals. |
