新型集成电机推进器设计研究

摘    要:为了实现单轴推进潜艇,在主推进轴系故障失效状态下的应急推进,在参照吊舱推进器的基础上并结合导管桨结构形式,通过将传统电机、螺旋桨推进型式在轴向空间进一步集成,设计出新型集成电机推进器,并通过设计实例对集成电机推进器在结构特点、电机设计、水动力学仿真与模型水池试验等方面进行说明,论证集成推进器高效率、高功率密度的特点,适合于作为潜艇应急推进装置。

Abstract:In order to achieve the emergency propulsion of submarine driven by one shafting system in case of malfunction of the main propulsion shafting,by combining the duct paddle structure in reference to the pod propeller,the traditional electrical motor and spiral propeller in the axial space were further integrated,and a new kind of integrated motor propulsion with high efficiency and high power density,was designed.Moreover,the design characteristics of the integrated motor propulsion in terms of structure,electric motor and hydrodynamics were analyzed,thus proving that the integrated motor propulsion system is a good selection as submarine emergency propulsion device.
