摘    要:通过分析制约城市公共交通整体发展水平的原因,从出行者、政府、公交运营企业之间相互配合协调的角度出发,建立城市多层次公交线网指标体系,分别针对不同指标赋予权重,并结合交通仿真软件TransCAD构建多层次公交线网的模糊评价方法,通过具体的算例分析,验证了该评价体系的可操作性。

Abstract:Through the analysis of reasons limiting the urban public transit development,the paper establishes a multi-level urban public transit network evaluation system considering the coordination with individual,government and public transit operation enterprises.Each index is given a different weight,then a multi-level urban public transit network fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is built combining with TransCAD and its operability is verified by specify example.
