| 摘 要： | 《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》作为国家标准的实行,标志着我国工程造价管理已从过去的静态管理模式,提升到新的动态管理模式。因此,在现行《工程量清单》的基础上,依据现有技术规范、设计标准编制一套子目信息量丰富与定额水平、施工技术水平等一致的成套、完整的标准化工程量清单库十分必要。

| Abstract: | The implementation of ＂Code of Valuation with Bill Quantity of Construction Works＂ as national standard marks the management of engineering cost in China has changed from static state to dynamic state.Therefore,it is necessary to draw up an integrated and standard bill database with informative subheadings,consistent level of quota and construction technique for quantity of construction works based on current existing technical specifications and design standards. |
