| 摘 要： | 通过对北京典型立交桥下空间资源利用的调研发现,桥下空间利用主要存在调头车道设置不合理等四类问题.针对不同的问题,在遵循"桥下空间利用交通优先、交通利用公交换乘优先"的原则上提出了相应的优化措施.以北京三环路上的万柳桥为例展开实证研究,研究表明:调整信号能使两个方向的机动车平均排队长度分别减少69.6%和76.3%,平均...
