某型压力筒的压力控制系统设计与仿真

摘    要:压力筒是实验室用于模拟深海压力的专用设备。针对1个容积为6 m3压力筒的压力控制特性要求,提出了开关阀和调节阀的复合控制策略,以满足压力控制的快速性要求和稳态控制工况下的高精度要求。在利用AMESim仿真软件建立系统的半实物仿真模型的基础上,对控制策略进行了仿真研究,证明了压力控制系统的可行性,为工程应用提供了理论支持。

Abstract:The pressure vessel is used to simulate deep-sea pressure equipment in laboratory.In order to reach the fast pressure control requirements and conditions of steady-state control accuracy requirements of one 6m3 pressure vessel,a composite control strategy by switch valve and control valve was purposed here.This control strategy was validated by a half-physical simulation based on AMEsim.The simulation showed this system could be realized and provide a theoretical support of the practical realization.
