摘    要:
应用故障模式及影响分析方法(FMEA)对船舶主机润滑系统出现故障的原因和模式进行研究和分析,计算出故障的风险度并进行分级,根据结果提出提高其可靠性的措施。本文研究为轮机人员有效地对船舶主机润滑系统进行维护和管理提供帮助。

Abstract:
Apply the failure mode and effects analysis method(FMEA)to study on the marine main engine lubrication system,to find out the reasons and modes of failure and calculate the degree of risk and fault grading,base on the analytic results,some referenced measures were proposed to improve the reliability of marine main engine lubrication system.This research can be helpful to the engineers to more effectively host lubrication system on the ship maintenance and management.
