摘    要:推进器,特别是用于动力定位工况下的大功率全回转吊舱推进器在选型安装前,对其水动力性能准确预测十分重要,其性能好坏直接影响系统最终的定位精度。本研究结合ZPMC研发建造的伸缩全回转吊舱推进器,采用商用CFD软件分别对螺旋桨、导管以及吊舱推进器的敞水性能进行了数值计算,建立了吊舱推进器水动力性能预报的方法。一系列敞水试验结果表明该方法可以较为准确的对包括推力、扭矩及效率等在内的吊舱推进器整体性能进行预测,继而为推进器性能的预报、优化提供参考。

Abstract:It is very essential to accurate predict the hydrodynamic performance of thrusters, especially for those high-power azimuth thrusters used for dynamic positioning con- ditions prior to installation, because they have a direct impact on the ultimate positioning accuracy of the DP system. This paper develops an efficient way to predict the hydrodynamic performance of Podded thrusters, the propeller, the nozzle and the whole thruster open water characteristics are calculated numerically using commercial CFD software based on the retract- able azimuth podded thruster developed by ZPMC. A series of open water test results show that this method can provide a more accurate way to predict overall performance, including thrust, torque and efficiency of the thruster. The method can be used to optimize thruster design and selection for the projects.
