T应力在转变温度下对断裂韧度的影响

摘    要:引入T应力,利用有限元计算出应力强度因子和T应力.将T应力和应力强度因子结合起来描述转变温度下的断裂韧度.根据实验结果,给出了T应力和转变温度之间的简单关系式.然后,利用此简单的关系式,建立转变温度和断裂韧度之间的关系.实验结果显示,用结合了T应力断裂韧度的判据比较准确地预测了转变温度下的断裂韧度.

Abstract:The finite element is used to calculate the SIF and T-stress.The T-stress and stress intensity factor(SIF) are combined to describe the fracture toughness under the transition temperature.According to the experimental results,the simple expression between the transition temperature and T-stress is given.So the relationship between the transition temperature and fracture toughness is built.The experimental results show that the fracture toughness criterion combined with T-stress can be more precise to predict the transition temperature fracture toughness.
