| 摘 要： | 介绍网络计划技术的工作原理，设计机车检修修程，完成了针对NC机务段2台位电力机车中修的优化设计方案。实践结果表明，网络计划在电力机车检修流程中的应用，可节约检修成本，在时间安排、资源利用上取得良好效果。

| Abstract: | he paper introduces the working principle of network planning technique, designs inspection and maintenance process for electric locomotive, and completes designing the optimized scheme for the 2-maintenance platform for medium maintenance of electric locomotives at NC locomotive depot. Practice shows that the application of network planning in electric locomotive maintenance process could help reduce maintenance cost and makes good effect on time arrangement and resource utilization. |
