陕西省黄陵县克山病病区硒现状分析

摘    要:目的 了解陕西省黄陵县克山病病区硒现状 ,为进一步防治研究提供科学依据。方法 用 2 ,3 二氨基萘荧光法测定粮食、头发和食用盐硒含量。结果 病区当地产小麦、大米、玉米和黄豆硒含量仍处于低水平 ,而病区居民所食外地麦面硒含量明显高于同期当地产小麦硒含量 (P <0 .0 1) ;病区儿童发硒含量达到了非病区儿童发硒水平 ;病区食用硒碘盐硒含量明显高于非硒碘盐硒含量 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 病区外环境硒水平相对恒定 ,而内环境硒水平有了显著改善 ;病区居民体内硒水平升高与膳食结构变化、食用硒碘盐有关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate selenium (Se) status quo of the Keshan disease area (Huangling County, Shaanxi Province) and provide scientific basis for further research on its prevention and treatment. Methods The Se contents of grain, hair and edible salt were determined with 2,3-diaminonaphthalene fluorometry.Results The Se contents of wheat, rice, corn and soybean grown in the endemic area still remained at a low level, whereas the Se content of wheat flour from the non-endemic area consumed by the residents in the endemic area was significantly higher than that of the wheat grown in the endemic area (P< 0.01); hair Se levels of children in the endemic area reached those of non-endemic areas; the Se content of the Se-iodized salt used in the endemic area was remarkably higher than that of the non-Se-iodized salt (P< 0.01).Conclusion The environmental Se levels in the endemic area remain relatively stable, while milien interne Se levels have risen evidently; the increase of Se levels of residents in the endemic area might be related to the change of dietary composition and the consumption of Se-iodized salt.
