列车定位模块的故障模式及故障树分析

摘    要:针对列车定位不准确事件,利用FMECA(故障模式、影响及危害性分析)方法 分析引起该事件发生的故障模式,建立危害性矩阵,对故障模式进行定性分析,比较每个故障模式的危害程度,为提出改进措施提供理论依据.在进行FMECA的基础上,建立故障树并进行定量分析,计算故障发生的概率及其他指标,查明系统薄弱环节,对提高列车定位准确有积极意义.

Abstract:This paper took the event as the point that the train positioning was not accurate,analyzed the failure modes of this event by using FMECA,set up the hazardous matrix on the failure mode of qualitative analysis,compared harmful levels of each failure mode,in order to put forward the improvement measures by the base of the theory.Based on the FMECA,the fault tree was established and the quantitative analysis was made to calculate the probability of failure,and other indicators,identify the weaknesses of the System.There was positive meaning to improve the accuracy of train positioning.
