船舶柴油机运行工况诊断仿真研究

摘    要:提出了基于RBF神经网络的故障智能诊断方法。应用神经网络理论对柴油机故障进行智能仿真诊断,并考虑到海上航行环境的大气温度变化,实现大功率船用柴油机运行性能的主要故障的仿真。以对柴油机燃烧系统故障为例进行仿真分析、处理故障并制订相应的维修对策,从而提高柴油机的使用效率和寿命。此外,对开发实船柴油机故障诊断的辅助分析系统和轮机模拟器的功能扩展有实际意义。

Abstract:In the paper,an intelligent fault diagnosis method is put forward based on RBF artificial neural network.Operation troubles of the engine can be diagnosed by using the intelligent simulation method,in that,variation of ambient temperature at sea is taken into account in order to predict running malfunctions of heavy duty marine engine.Taking the fault of combustion system of engine as an example,simulation analysis and trouble shooting are carried out,correspondent maintenance countermeasures for improving availability and working life of the engine are developed as well.The method is useful to develop practical marine engine fault diagnosis system and to extend functions of engine room simulator.
